Even Dim Light at Night Causes Anxiety-Like Symptoms in Mice

An Amity University study on lab animals shows that as little as 5 lux during the night caused anxiety-like behavior and weight gain in test subjects. Also noted during the study period, curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric) alleviated the symptoms.
