The House of Lords’ Science and Technology Committee has released a report on both light and noise pollution pointing out the numerous and severe health hazards posed by these modern issues, as well as how they are often neglected by policy-makers and the populace at large. The report has 33 points for parliament to consider with regards to improving life and livelihoods of UK citizens.
