The rules proposed under HB 305- Outdoor Lighting- Standards and Use of State Funds would limit lighting at state-run spaces to a CCT of 3000K or lower, and require the State Department of the Environment to create outdoor lighting standards limiting energy use, environmental impact, public health while preserving public safety.
