A working group from the upper house of parliament has rebuked the government for rejecting a call for action on light pollution last summer. Baroness Brown of Cambridge, the leader of the committee, has written to Rebecca Pow, the Minister for Nature in the Government’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to create a national policy on light pollution to the end of improving the health of citizens.
