The MMA Lighting Standard DS043 will limit brightness, directionality, time of operation, and spectral power distribution in the Antofagasta, Atacama and Coquimbo regions. Lights in those areas will be limited to 7% or 1% blue light, depending on the area and will limit sport venue lighting to midnight.
