Mark Baker of the Soft Lights Foundation has petitioned the Environmental Protection Agency to work with the US Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health to limit the power and spectra of LED lighting under the terms of Title 21 of the US Code for food and drugs.
